• IS THERE ALREADY A QUALIFIED BUILDER HIRED TO CONSTRUCT THE HOME - IF SO, THEY MAY NOT REQUIRE A HIGHLY DETAILED SET OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS.
• IF YOU PLAN TO GET PRICING FROM MULTIPLE CONTRACTORS, A DETAILED SET OF PLANS MAY GIVE YOU MORE ACCURATE PRICING.

• DESIGN AND COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION PLAN DRAFTING, USING A PREDETERMINED PLAN: $1.00-$2.00/SQUARE FOOT
• CUSTOM DESIGN AND COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION PLAN DRAFTING:                                      $2.00-$3.00/SQUARE FOOT

• prices are approximate (please contact for pricing).
• square foot refers to the amount of "living space" in the home (typically does not include garage AND basement)
  
• pricing is based on a "reproducible set" of plans, allowing you to make copies as desired.
• pricing does not include a copy of the plans in an electronic format (dwg, DXF, pdf AND etc), but they may be purchased at an additional cost.

TERMS OF SALE:

• Reproduction of these Construction Plans, either in whole or in part, including any direct copying and/or preparation of derivative works, for any reason without the prior written permission of Absolute Drafting LLC, is strictly prohibited.
• The purchase of Construction Plans in no way transfers any copyright or ownership to the buyer, except for a limited license to use that set of Construction Plans to construct one, and only one RESIDENCE.
• Additional sets of the Construction Plans do not entitle the buyer to construct more than one RESIDENCE.
